I’ve been wanting a Versace inspired shirt foreverrrrrrrr….

Obviously I can’t afford real Versace but I always see the pattern and want to try it on for size. I finally bought this dress (from Shein, of course) and was so excited when it arrived in the mail. And then I tried it on…and realized it was so short that it certainly couldn’t be worn as a dress unless I wanted to give folks an unsolicited show. So, I tried it on with different options on the bottom and couldn’t really figure out what worked. I put it back in the closet and figured I would find the right look later.

The other day, I needed a brunch outfit and decided to pull the ‘Sace shirt/dress back out. I tried it on with a few different pairs of shorts and my Marc Fisher OTK boots and finally found the look I wanted! It was a chill day of going to my friend’s radio station, having a very boozy brunch and then hanging out with another friend later. I’m in a bit of a funk today because I’ve been feeling very frustrated and uninspired by this blogging thing so today’s post is gonna be a little short. I’ll be back when I have more to say. :-/ Love yall, thanks for reading. Maybe say a little prayer for me if you’re a praying person. I’d appreciate it very much. ;)
