COLOR WHEEL

Ok, back to our regularly scheduled programming with tons of color. ;-)

I shot this look last weekend and as soon as I walked outside I started sweating profusely. LOL It was humid as hell and this dress is long-sleeved and yeah...I need to put it back in the closet until further notice. But anyway for this shoot, I paired it with these lace-up block heels from Nine West, a gold choker from Forever 21, my new blue/green gradient sunglasses (street vendor) and a purple Coach crossbody bag. Colors galore! I say if your colors are complementary, you can't have too many on! Go for it. Fashion is about taking risks and stepping outside of your box. Not that this is a super outlandish look by any means but I like to do things people say you shouldn't do -- like be matchy matchy with color combinations sometimes, or wear contrasting colors, or pile one arm in a million different bracelets. Why not? Do what you want! Life is too short to play it safe. ;) Let me know what you think of this pairing. Do you feel more comfortable in monochrome, muted looks or are you a fan of more colorful attire?
