PINK AND GRAY

Sometimes, I like to try different color combos and see how they turn out.

As I’ve said a few times before, I really believe that fashion is all about trying new things, pairing items that wouldn’t normally go together, sometimes being matchy matchy…basically, experimentation! Pink and gray aren’t really a color combo that you see very option but I felt like it could work with a few pieces that I already had in my closet. For this shoot, I paired this gray H&M dress with my pink Zara moto jacket and some gray booties from Steve Madden that I barely ever wear anymore.

I’m starting to realize that I’m a little obsessed with boots. I’m really not sure why I have so many {I just purchased a new pair yesterday!} but I am sure that I love them. ;) I think maybe it’s because I live in NYC and it’s cold outside for more months than it’s hot. Also, I have terrible toes and prefer a bootie {even in the summer!} over a heeled sandal any day. I think with the right pieces, a bootie can make the look instantly more chic.
