Ok that is a corny title — sorry — but honestly, feel free to call me Cheetah Girl. I wear this stuff like it’s going out of style lol.

I can’t even tell you how much cheetah stuff I have. Who even knows. I love animal print of all kinds, I don’t discriminate! But cheetah/leopard is probably my favorite — with snakeskin coming in for a cool second. I got this cute new skirt from Shein (duh lol) and I couldn’t wait to wear it! I had a very eventful Saturday last weekend and I figured that would be the perfect opportunity to pull it out. Jackie and I went to shoot in Soho and then I headed to Brooklyn for my friend’s 35th birthday party. Later that night, we went to dinner and then by that time I was dead so we trucked it back to Harlem.

We shot three different outfits before I went to the party but I think this is probably my favorite look of the three. Casual, cool, attainable style — it’s what I stand for and what AceTheLook is all about. I think this is a perfection representation of my personal style. I don’t go too crazy but I live for a statement piece, some great shoes and a pulled-together look that feels effortless. How would you define your personal style? Are you a fan of comfort and function over flair? Or do you go all out and live by the motto “more is more”? I like to think I’m a happy medium of the two. Some may beg to differ (my friends all think I’m OD lolol) but anyway, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
