LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL

LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL

Alright, so PART DEAUX. Sat-Sun were pretty damn great too.

We started Saturday off with a dance class to New Orleans Bounce music and it was EVERY.DAMN.THING. Omg, I had so much fun!! We kept saying we wanted to do the class every week. It was such a good cardio workout and the teacher was dope. Check out MoJoe (Marissa Joseph) if you're ever looking for something fun to do with a group of girls in N.O. We all purchased NOLA #Project Rice t-shirts (that's the wedding hashtag since my girl will be Ava Rice soon!) and wore those to the class and the subsequent outings that day.

After class, we stopped by Old New Orleans Rum Distillery for a rum tasting and distillery tour. This place was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The rum was so tasty, we learned a lot about the process of creating the finished product andddd of course, we felt sufficiently tipsy afterwards. ;) Of course, we commemorated the event with a mini photoshoot outside (HA!) and then headed to dinner at New Orleans Hamburger & Seafood Co. Yall. YALL. That place had the best food I've tasted in a longggg time. It was SO good. Definitely the best meal of the trip. Bourbon St was later that night but I unfortunately have zero pics since we were barely making it by that point lol. However, I did include a few photos of my look (blue and white striped jumpsuit) from Friday night on Frenchmen St.

And that concludes the NOLA trip! The last outing, which didn't include all the girls, was at Acme Oyster House on Sun and then everyone basically headed home. I would highly recommend New Orleans for a bachelorette trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, scenery, people and overall experience. Comment below and let me know what trips you've taken for bach shenanigans. Any contenders that live up to the NOLA hype? I'd love to hear!

XO - Ashley
